Terms and Conditions — 888starz Pakistan Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you, the player ("you", "your"), and 888starz ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 888starz, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any documents linked or incorporated herein such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the 888starz platform — sports betting including PSL and cricket markets, card games, jackpot slots, poker, ludo, live dealer tables and the VIP Club. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 888starz.

888starz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for the full amendments policy.

To open an account on 888starz you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 888starz account.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an 888starz employee.

Each player is entitled to one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 888starz will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any third party using your credentials — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 888starz support immediately.

888starz operates a PKR-only cashier. All deposits, balances and withdrawals are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fee is charged by 888starz, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Supported deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 200.

Deposits are credited to your 888starz wallet as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt. For mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), this is typically instant. For IBFT transfers, please allow up to 30 minutes during banking hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by 888starz within one hour for mobile wallet methods and within four hours for bank IBFT during standard operating hours. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing. 888starz does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may deduct charges on their side.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit on the account — or to the account holder's verified bank account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks and may be held pending identity verification.
• 888starz reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if a verification check has not been completed within 72 hours of the request.
• Funds deposited via bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play after meeting wagering requirements qualify for withdrawal.

888starz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The minimum qualifying deposit, bonus amount, eligible games and wagering requirements are set out on the relevant promotion page and may change periodically.

Wagering requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your 888starz account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings generated from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to bonus credits only, not to your real-money balance.

• Bonus credits and any winnings generated from them expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe — typically 30 days from the date of credit.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while card games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum bet limits apply when using bonus credits. Placing a single bet above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 888starz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of modification will be treated under the original terms of that specific bonus.

All RNG-based games on 888starz — including jackpot slots, digital card games and RNG table games — use a certified random number generator that is audited quarterly by an independent third-party testing laboratory. Audit certificates are available to players on request from the 888starz support team.

The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each slot and RNG table game on 888starz represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage of that game and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and should not be interpreted as a prediction of what any specific player will win or lose in a given session.

Live dealer games on 888starz use physical cards dealt by professional dealers in a dedicated studio environment. Card decks are changed at regular intervals and dealing procedures are supervised. The live dealer stream is not edited or manipulated in any way.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, 888starz will apply the most player-favourable resolution possible based on the available game state data.
• If a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical error, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Players must not exploit software bugs or errors. Any winnings generated through a known bug or glitch may be voided and the player's account reviewed.
• Individual game rules are displayed within each game lobby on 888starz. The rules displayed in the game interface take precedence over any general description elsewhere on the platform.

The 888starz sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, international matches and domestic leagues), football, kabaddi and other sports as listed in the sports lobby. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

Match result bets: Unless a specific market states otherwise, all cricket and sports bets on 888starz are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA or equivalent). Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and official concessions all count as valid results for settlement purposes.

• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently suspended or voided will be returned to the player's wallet at the original stake value.
• Live (in-play) bets are processed in real time. There may be a short delay between placing a live bet and confirmation. During this delay, odds may change. If the odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or reject the new odds.
• 888starz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are displayed in the betting interface. Any single bet or accumulator that would return more than the stated maximum will be capped at that limit.
• Bets placed after a match, over or player innings has concluded — even if the platform had not yet updated — will be voided and stakes returned.

The 888starz VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is automatic and begins accumulating from the first qualifying real-money bet. The four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — are defined by cumulative real-money wagering thresholds as displayed in the VIP Club section.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. 888starz reserves the right to adjust a player's tier level if their wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier over a 90-day period. Players will always receive advance notice of a potential tier adjustment.

• Weekly cashback under the VIP programme is calculated on net losses only (deposits minus withdrawals minus bonus credits used). The cashback percentage applicable is the rate for the player's current tier at the close of the calculation week.
• Cashback credited to Gold and Diamond accounts carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. Bronze and Silver cashback carries a one-time (1×) wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• VIP benefits, including cashback percentages, higher bet limits and personal account manager access, are at 888starz's discretion and may be modified with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including collusion, matched betting through VIP tables or systematic exploitation of cashback structures — will result in tier removal and possible account closure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 888starz and will result in immediate account investigation, suspension and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, CNIC, device or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets, exploit odds or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any bug, error or glitch in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to pool bonus eligibility.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of a sporting event outcome that is not publicly available — commonly referred to as match-fixing or corruption.
• Using 888starz for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after using the corresponding funds on the platform.
• Allowing, facilitating or enabling any underage individual to use your 888starz account.

888starz may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• You have breached any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after using the deposited funds on 888starz.
• Your account has been flagged by our fraud detection systems for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A legal obligation requires us to suspend or close the account.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 888starz support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (after deduction of any bonus credits that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

In the event of a closure due to a Terms breach, 888starz will determine whether any remaining balance is eligible for return based on the nature and severity of the breach. Balances generated through fraudulent activity will not be returned.

888starz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly in your account settings and activate immediately when set.

If you are concerned about your own gaming behaviour — or the behaviour of someone you know — we encourage you to review our full Responsible Gaming policy. Players who choose to self-exclude from 888starz will be excluded from all marketing communications and any re-registration attempts during the exclusion period will be refused.

• Deposit limits, once set, cannot be increased for 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• A cool-off period of 1, 7 or 30 days can be activated at any time from your account settings. During a cool-off, the account is frozen but not closed — your balance is preserved.
• Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure of 6 months or more. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

888starz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

In summary, 888starz collects registration information (name, CNIC details, contact details), transaction data, gaming history and device/technical data. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and detect fraud. 888starz does not sell personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 888starz, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests should be directed to the 888starz support team.

888starz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical faults, downtime or errors at all times. 888starz will not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, winnings or expected gains that were not yet confirmed and settled in your account.
• Any action or omission of a third-party payment provider, internet service provider or mobile network operator.
• Losses arising from the actions of a third party who accessed your account due to failure on your part to secure your login credentials.

Dispute resolution: If you believe an error has been made in the settlement of a bet, a game outcome or a transaction, you must contact 888starz support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be actionable. 888starz will review all dispute requests within 5 business days and respond with a decision and supporting rationale. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate through the alternative dispute resolution process described in the FAQ section.

888starz reviews these Terms periodically and may update them to reflect changes in the platform, new game categories, regulatory developments or operational policy changes. When material changes are made, 888starz will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections, clarifications and formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any clause may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 888starz platform after any amendment to these Terms — whether material or minor — constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. Instructions for voluntary account closure are in Section 9 above.
